Concerning theme customization, sometimes it has more to do with personal preference than the actual functions of a theme.

Customers can pay for some extra fee to have some technical professionals make the customizations for you. We recommend that before choosing this, you can refer to our documentation or online support forum for more details.

3rd Party Plugins

It is impossible for all kinds of external plugins to work perfectly on our themes. If you need to install plugins from a third party, first you should check if its required version of WordPress or other requirements match yours.

Sometimes problems can arise because of the installation of a poorly coded 3rd party plugin. So be careful with what you install on your site. We are not responsible for issues caused by external plugins. You install and use it at your own risks. However, we will still try to support you with your issue as best as we can should that occurs.

When your subscription expires, you won’t be able to receive help from us so it’s recommended that you renew your subscription periodically to ensure that your work won’t be interrupted by some unusual issues.
